*BIG NEWS!*
This month’s show will be our FINAL SHOW! We’re taking December off to gear up for our big RELAUNCH in 2010! With a new name, new venue, new day, new time – but same great comedy! So come pop the champagne with us at our farewell show and get pumped for 2010!
Headliner

Colin was a cast member on SNL for 6 seasons, and was known for unforgettable characters such as “Lenny the Lion” and “Joe Blow;” the recurring segment “Colin Quinn Explains The New York Times.”
He then went on to create “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn” for Comedy Central, a round-table forum in which Quinn and his notable comedian-friends discussed current issues in a fast-paced, hilarious environment.
Most importantly, he’s the reason your co-worker keeps saying “that’s my story, and I’m sticking to it.”
Performers

Julian McCullough has been moving up the comedy ranks the past few years. He was the winner of the “NY Funniest Stanup” contest in 2008 and will be taping his own half hour special on Comedy Central this fall. And he’s roguishly handsome. Which is really what matters most.

Brooke was nominated for an ECNY award as best “Emerging Comic” in the city. She has made some hilarious contributions to the airwaves as heard on Sirius Satellite and Chicago Public Radio. She also has a 2 woman sketch show, MACHO, which she wrote with Joselyn Hughes and is currently in the midst of the first run of her one-woman show, “So-Low Show.”

Nicker Turner is a smooth operator and zoot suit advocate. He can be seen on stages across new york doing stand-up, including his weekly “Too Cool For School” extravaganza at CoCo 66 in Greenpoint. You may have seen him at the D.C. Comedy Fest or on College Humor in one of any countless sketches and videos. Check out his internet webpage next time you log on to AOL.

Shawn works his magic doing standup, improv, and sketch comedy. He is also extremely likable, which I like. He comes to us from the west coast, having performed at the fantastic Comedy Death Ray show at UCB-LA. He’s popped up on College Humor and hosts/produces “Gimmick!”, a monthly show at The Creek in LIC. I really wanted to post a picture of him holding a cat but I didn’t. As his bio writer maybe I shouldn’t be inserting myself so deeply in the narrative.
